Carbine 1

Description

Carbine 1 will introduce the student to performance shooting with a Carbine/Rifle.

This course will cover the following areas:

• Firearms Safety & Manipulations
• Marksmanship
• Zeroing of the primary sighting system
• Mechanical offset
• Stance/ Body Position
• Engaging multiple targets
• Balance of speed and accuracy
• Speed and tactical reloads
• Field shooting positions

Required Equipment

• Rifle/ Carbine
• Sling
• At least 3 magazines
• Eye & Ear protection
• 300 rounds of ammunition
• Lunch/Snack
• Water
• Pants with a belt
• Knee Pads recommended
• Pouch to carry at least one spare rifle magazine
